Rotary Club of Kumasi East true to its motto of Humility and Service has carried out numerous community projects including:

1. Distribution of school furniture (Desk, Tables and Chairs) to selected communities
2. Supporting of vocational school equipments
3. Supply of books to teachers and pupils of selected School
4. Establishing and training Watson
5.   Construction of over 30 boreholes and refurbishment of 8 boreholes
6. Construction of Community Latrines
7. Provision of livelihoods through the Bosomposo Goat Village

The club has carried out health related project including:

1. Construction of Nutrition Clinic for Infant and prenatal programme
2. Cansee Eye Clinic - surgery and training
3. Construction of Community Health Clinic at Krakosua.
4. Construction of Hwereso Eye Clinic
5. Distribution of bed nets for Malaria prevention.

The club has also partnered with other organisations to carry out projects.  Prominent among them is the Project Peanut Butter. Rotary Club of Kumasi East with support from The Rotary Foundation renovated the open warehouse at Daaban Kumasi into Peanut processing factory to produce Ready to eat therapeutic food to feed malnourished children in Ghana.
